Since 2017, AHS has served our client’s needs both as a Third-Party Administrator for various types of health & insurance plans but also their Professional Employer Organization or PEO. One primary service we provide centers around employee talent management and includes open position management, talent recruitment support, background & drug screen facilitation, and finally new hire orientation.
We do this first, with a catalog of open positions across our various employer clients like the list below.
With this type of multi-employer recruiting platform, we can assess the talent and skillset of the whole person and help our clients match with great talent.
